Activated alumina can be purchased in the market, and can also be prepared by the following methods: (1) Sodium metaaluminate (NaAlO2)-nitric acid method-sodium metaaluminate and nitric acid are gummed in aqueous solution, and then aged, washed and filtered to remove sodium ions. Redried to obtain activated alumina powder. ⑵ Sodium metaaluminate-aluminum sulfate method-sodium metaaluminate and aluminum sulfate are gummed into it, then aged, washed, filtered, removed sodium ions, and then sprayed and dried to prepare activated alumina powder. (3) Aluminum alcohol method-aluminum isopropoxide is hydrolyzed in isopropanol solution, then filtered, washed and dried.
The dry mixing method will be measured according to the formula of cobalt, molybdenum metal salt and activated alumina powder in a ball mill to fully mix, and then add adhesive, lubricant and appropriate amount of water and mix evenly, the mixture to the molding equipment, tabletting molding, and then calcined to get the catalyst.
